Someone scratched my Tesla model 3 while I was parked, and I was recommended to work with Carstar Auto World. As a college student, this was my first time dealing with anything accident-related, and Noemi from the front desk was amazing in thoroughly explaining the process. I dropped my car off on Thursday, 3/13 at 1:30 PM (appointment lasted about 20 minutes), and I got a call on Friday, 3/14 at 12:30 PM saying it was ready for pickup. I was only able to pick up the car today (Monday) since I had evening classes on 3/14, and that took about 10 minutes.
